Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment partners, it will move through standard ground shipping channels, with typical delivery occurring within approximately 10 business days from the date of dispatch, though actual transit times can vary based on your region, carrier capacity, and seasonal volume. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur. Orders delayed for less than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery window are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. If your order has not arrived after 30 days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@revellashop.com, and we will assist you with a resolution or replacement.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately at support@revellashop.com. We may request photos or documentation to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. Please verify your shipping information before completing your order. If an address error occurs, contact us immediately — changes can only be made before the order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping will be available in the future.
